Terms
The service
ItagIndia sells physical QR tags and hosts the page each tag points to. Buying a tag gives you the right to use that tag and its page for as long as the service operates.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe, and for the accuracy of what you publish on your tag's page. Do not put anyone else's personal details on a tag without their permission.
Activation
A tag belongs to the first account that activates it with the code printed on the card. Keep that code private until you have activated the tag — anyone holding it can claim the tag.
Acceptable use
Do not use a tag to harass anyone, to publish unlawful content, or to impersonate another person. We may disable a tag that is being used this way.
Availability
We aim to keep scan pages available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, and the tag should not be your only safety measure in an emergency.
Replacements
Damaged or lost tags can be replaced at cost. The old tag is disabled and a new one is issued; your details carry over.
Changes
We may update these terms as the service grows. Material changes will be announced on this page.
